Unlocking Wellbeing: How to Use Our Wellbeing Packs for a Healthier Workforce

There has been a shift in the last decade to cast a wider net when talking about workplace wellness. With burnout, stress, and disengagement on the rise, organization wellness initiatives are juggling physical fitness and mental wellbeing with every event they organize. But when planning and launching a more holistic wellness initiative, where do you even start?

Enter our Wellbeing Packs. Designed to take the guesswork out of workplace wellness, these pre-built challenge bundles make it easier to run effective, holistic wellness initiatives that engage employees and promote healthier habits. Whatever your goal, be it to encourage mindfulness, boost physical activity, foster social connections, or a mix, you can find a Wellbeing Pack (or two) to provide that extra oomph to your wellness initiative.

What are wellbeing packs?

Wellbeing Packs are curated challenge bundles that focus on different aspects of wellbeing. They cover a specific topic—movement, mindfulness, connection—or a mix to provide participants with a more holistic approach to their wellbeing.

Challenges like Mental Wellbeing, Work-Life Balance, or Social Connection and Support are structured to help boost participation. Participants choose from a list of activities and check them off as they complete them.

Wellbeing Packs reinforce the idea that striving for a healthier lifestyle happens in the little things we do every day. And from an organizational perspective, they are quick and easy to set up.

How to Implement Wellbeing Packs in Your Organization

In just a few steps, you can have a Wellbeing Pack set up and ready to go today!

Step 1: Choose the Right Pack Browse our Wellbeing Packs and see which one you’re your organization’s needs. Looking to encourage healthier food choices? Consider the Healthy Nutrition pack. Wanting to bolster connection? Try the Social Connection and Support pack.

Step 2: Setup Your Wellbeing Pack Once you’ve chosen a Pack and clicked “Start Challenge”, you’ll be brought to the Event Basics page. Here, you’ll be prompted to name your challenge and choose the duration. Once you’ve made your selections, click the green arrow button at the bottom right to move forward.

The second page is for challenge configuration, but here you won’t need to make any changes. Because Wellbeing Packs are based on the honor system, manual entry is automatically enabled. Click the green arrow button at the bottom right to move to the final setup page, Leaderboards.

On the last page, you’ll see that the Leaderboard is set up to include the Wellbeing Pack you chose. Here, the only additional option you need to consider is whether participants can complete the same goal multiple times during the challenge. If so, click the toggle to allow the same badge to be awarded multiple times. When you’re happy with your setup, click Finalize.

Step 3: Finalize Your Challenge After you click Finalize, you’ll find yourself in the Event Manager. Now it’s time to invite your participants and go live!
