With this data, you can create future programs that are more personalized, better aligned with your team’s needs, and more likely to drive long-term engagement and results.

Scores

We measure key parameters (Engagement Score, Activity Score, MoveZenGo Score) to determine an Organization Score (Red, Orange, Green).

Standard Scores

The Engagement Score is calculated based on the percentage of users who have added or synced at least one activity. The more users who sync/add an activity across the Assessment period, the higher the score.

The Activity Score is the overall increase in activity/movement across all participants of the event, compared at the period prior* to the start of the event.

The MoveZenGo Score and the Significant Improver Score are added bonuses of the MoveZenGo Insights. This is our special sauce. It will tell which percentage of the participants either move more, or are already moving enough. The MoveZenGo Score compiles weekly data on participant movement and improvement.

To create a baseline for participants, we use the data available from the 7 days prior* to the event. Throughout the assessment, participants are benchmarked against industry standard fitness data to determine how much movement they are engaging in.

  • Should there be no available data prior to the event, the first 7 days of data are used for the baseline.

The MoveZenGo Touch

We calculate the MoveZenGo Score on a participant level. It is based on week-by-week data that determines whether there has been a positive change in movement (i.e. higher score) compared to the baseline. In the weekly report, this is presented as showing the difference from week to week. The goal is for participants to steadily increase their points to move up a league.

The Significant Improver Score is an organization-wide score that is based on how many participants were able to advance tiers compared to the baseline. The more participants who positively move through the leagues, the higher the score. It’s important to note that participants who start and finish in the Gold league are not included in this data as they are already consistently meeting recommended daily activity levels.
